In a tweet, Ministry of External Affairs representative Arindam Bagchi said: “Kindly observe! Indian understudies concentrating abroad yet adhered in India because of COVID-19 and related issues can contact OIA-II Division at @MEAIndia. “
Bagchi additionally shared two messages for understudies who are confronting portability issues because of the pandemic.
